Re-watched this great animated film again recently. Very strange, sad, and odd in a good way. Almost no dialogue at all, but very expressive. It looks like every character was design specifically for its role and doesn't follow unifying rules. Done in the old hand drawn style, yet very detailed. Not lazy at all.

The director of this is coming out with his second animated feature film called The Illusionist. Can't wait.
